Register and login using BankID (Only Sweden users)

First time when you have logged in, using either a mobile BankID or BankID on a file, a registration will be done automatically. After that you verify your mobile number and then you can start to send or retrieve e-deliveries or registered e-deliveries.

Register and login using the two-factor authentication

In order to login using the two-factor authentication click on register, enter your name, e-mail, mobile number, choose password, checkmark the box to confirm that you not are a robot and then click register.

You will then get a verification code sent as SMS to your mobile device, enter the code into the popup-box and press OK. Then you can start to send or retrieve e-delivieries or registred e-deliveries.

In the account settings, you can also check that you have the correct country, time zone, language etc.

Send e-deliveries

Before you start to send e-deliveries we want you to know that it is possible to upload a logo, avatar, picture or even change your private name to a company name or something else.

This is done in account settings. Choose send e-delivieries, click send and then e-deliveries and you will end up at the send page. The following file types are possible to send: doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .gif .ppt .xls, .csv.

Drag or drop a file into the box to upload it, (you can only send one file and not bigger than 5MB.)
Then choose an existing contact or type in the phone number, receiving country and write a document information on this page.

Retrieve e-deliveries

Click inbox and then e-deliveries in the menu. Mark everything you want to retrieve and click “download as a zip-file” or choose documents separately.

A code key will be sent to the mobile number connected to the account.
All downloaded zip-files are marked with today’s date and time.

Your e-delivery /zip-file will be put in a folder on your computer. The retention period for an e-delivery is seven days and after that it will be removed, however the retention period can be extended another seven days by the recipient. See under” extension of retention period”.

Send registred e-delivery

You can send 5 files, each not bigger than 5MB, as registred e-deliveries to the same mobile number. The sender will get a SMS notification once the recipient downloaded the registred e-delivery, if he have choose that option.

When you want to send something, choose send e-delivery and then click registred e-delivery and then you can upload what is to be sent.

The following file types are possible to send: doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .gif .ppt .xls, .csv.
Drag or drop the file(s) you want to send and after that you click any contact or type the recipients mobile number and a SMS message.
Then click on send registred e-delivery and the recipient will get a SMS stating that there is registered e-deliveries to download from ”Seqrra.com” and if you also write a SMS message it will be found there to.

Download registred e-delivery

You will always get a notification when registred e-deliveries are available for download and you will be informed that it should be downloaded in 72 hours.

Via inbox and a click on registred e-delivery you will end up at the page where you can download what you want.
An encryption key will be sent to your mobile number in a SMS and you typed in the pop-up box and then click “OK”.

The document / file will then be downloaded to your web browser and you can save it in a safe place or just print it. If you don´t download it within 36 hours you will get a SMS reminder.

Buy Stamps

In order to send e-delivery or registred e-delivery you need stamps.
Choose” Buy stamps” in the menue where there are many different packages to choose from. You will be redirected to PayPal where you pay with a PayPal account or bank card and then the stamps will be available on your Seqrra account.

The cost for e-delivery is, to anywhere in the world, one stamp priced 0.59 USD each and then you can send one file maximum 5 MB of size.

The cost for registred e-delivery is, to anywhere in the world, is 3 stamps and are priced at 0,59 USD each. A registred e-delivery can consist of 5 files, each maximum 5 MB. The files should be sent to the same recipient at the same time and irrespective if you send 1 or 5 files the cost is 1,7 USD.

Transfer stamps

You can transfer stamps that you have available on your account to one or more recipients. E.g if you want someone to return a signed agreement, application forms etc you can provide stamps.
Click ”Share stamps” in the menu, type in what country the recipient is, the correct mobile number and the number of stamps you want to transfer and then click ”Share stamps”.

The recipient will get a SMS message that there are stamps available to be used for sending
e-deliveries or registered e-deliveries via Seqrrq.com.

If you transfer stamps to a recipient who isn´t registered at Seqrra you will see them in” Not yet transferred”. When the recipient registers at Seqrra the stamps will be transferred to the recipients account.

If the recipient chooses not to register then there is an opportunity for a withdrawal to the sender of the transferred stamps to the senders account. That is done by clicking “Not redeemed stamps”, click the button for a withdrawal of them which will bring them back to your own account.

Contact List

Type your contacts into the contact list by filling in name of contact, company, country, mobile number and click” Save”. All contacts will then be available for a quick search when you are about to send e-deliveries or registered
e-deliveries.

Click the contact(s) you want to send something to and the mobile number will automatically end up in the appropriate field. The ones you have chosen will be marked and end up in a separate list.

It is possible to upload several contacts at the same time. Choose “Contacts” and” Upload CSV” in the menu, download the template for more contacts, click “upload” and they will end up in the contact list.

Log history

In the log history, you as a sender or recipient can view details for e-deliveries or registred e-deliveries. For registred e-deliveries you can download a receipt for every event that you choose.
Regarding registered e-deliveries you can see what has been uploaded and scanned, encrypted, delivered and retrieved by the recipient or if it was erased due to that is wasn´t retrieved in time.

For e-delivery only the sender can, in detail, see what has been delivered, retrieved or erased.
If the recipient didn´t download the e-delivery or registered e-delivery there is a possibility to delete it from the system. In” Log history / e-delivery or registred e-delivery” select the file you want to delete, then click the trash can and it will be deleted from the system.

In the log history you will find more info like when the file was created, the mobile number to the recipient and who sent it (unless you use a hidden number) and name of message etc.

SMS notifications

At present, there are 7 types of notifications that refers to the following:
1. Every time, you as a recipient, get a registered e-delivery to retrieve.
2. Only one notification / day is sent if there are e-deliveries to retrieve, this is irrespective if you get 1 or more deliveries the same day.
3. A reminder is sent after 36 hours if the registered e-delivery hasn´t been retrieved after 36 hours and after 72 hours it will be deleted.
4. A reminder will be sent after 6 days if an e-delivery hasn´t been retrieved and after 7 days it will be deleted.
5. A code will be sent when you log in using the two-factor authentication.
6. A decryption key is sent when you are about to retrieve a registered e-delivery.
7. There is an opportunity for the sender of the registered e-delivery to get a notification when the recipient has retrieved the delivery.

Close Account

You can, at any time, close your account with Seqrra without any time of notice. You do it by logging in as you did when you registred and then go to the menu and click” Accout Settings” then click on” remove my account”. A SMS with a code will be sent to your mobile number, the code should be entered the pop-up box then click” OK” and your information will be removed instantly and logs and stamps will permanently be removed from the server.

Please note that, this is an irrevocable choice and cannot be undone!
